(Senior) Manager Global Core Payment DE/AT/CH (m/f)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing existing GCP products for the DE/AT/CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
- Identifying potential new local market payment needs
- Managing and developing the relationships with external partners (banks, processors, networks)
Your Profile
- Develop and execute payment solutions for the DE, AT and CH market with a focus on bank funding for DE and market expansion in AT and CH. This includes the high-level product design, the evaluation of competitive and regulatory issues as well as the assessment and integration of external partners
- Identify new payment related initiatives / opportunities that enable business expansion in DE and AT and CH and / or lower transaction expenses
- Develop business cases to support new payment initiatives / opportunities by analyzing existing data and researching new data
- Optimize / expand existing product solutions by analyzing product data, customer support feedback and competition information
- Support cross functional teams like Product, Finance and Legal for DE/AT/CH product development
- Mange relationship with existing and new partners
- Respond to funding related queries raised by the sales team, customer support etc.
- Optimize product usage, product built and pricing of existing products / partners
- Work with Risk on the optimization of the bank funds availability model
- Observing developments in relation to EU developments as well as competitive progress, e.g. SEPA
- Outreach to DE, AT, CH banking associations to evaluate possible cooperation, e.g. online banking
