Its likeable and open corporate culture coupled with a flat hierarchical structure and short lines of communication distinguishes FYNDIQ from all its competitors in the online market. After 5 years only, FYNDIQ has become the market leader in the first national market within its sector. The strategically important market entrance in Germany took place a few months ago and now you have the chance to play a key role in this important phase of growth and far beyond!
For the team in Stockholm we are looking for a
Head of Marketing (m/f)
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing responsibility for the already successfully established Swedish market as well as for the new German market
- Leading the marketing department with 10 committed and motivated employees
- You act as a mentor and coach, encouraging the personal development of your employees
- You are able to communicate objectives and individual KPIs efficiently and support your team members both methodically and motivationally to achieve their targets
- Responsible for the department’s strategic setup
- Continuously controlling and implementing performance optimization
- Creating and realizing new innovative marketing campaigns
- You are responsible for the further development of the existing marketing strategies and channels including drafting and implementing of road maps
- Reporting to the CCO in Stockholm
Key Experience and Skills
- You have already worked for an international e-commerce company in Germany
- You are a communicative leadership personality with experience in team leading
- You enjoy performing on a high level of efficiency, developing a high performance team and having fun in what you are doing at the same time
- Your management style is cooperative as well as motivating and challenging at the same time
- You are proficient in digital marketing, especially in performance marketing
- Ideally, you are familiar with Above the line Media and Mobile Marketing
- You keep yourself informed about the latest online marketing strategies and channels in e-commerce
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, high performance and goal-oriented environment and have already been responsible for a 7-figure budget
- A proactive way of thinking and acting as well as flexibly handling challenges distinguishes you
- You always have a view of the Big Picture but with an expert eye for detail at the same time
- Remarkable analytic and strategic skills
- High intercultural social competences
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Good German language proficiency
